Meet Clay Mermod, Owner
Arborist, Tree Climber, Firefighter
Clay developed an early passion for the outdoors growing up in the woods in Switzerland and as a young man in Tuolumne County. He honed his forestry skills as a Hotshot firefighter during the summer months. As a seasonal woodland firefighter, Clay worked for several outfits involved in logging, land clearing and development, tree climbing, meadow restorations and National Forest service projects.
Sawyer Tree Management is the result of those many valuable experiences.
